imitating/echoing the styles, fashions, architecture, slang, etc. of the 1920s-1930s era, otherwise known as the Art Deco period.
Only certain people can pull off the Art D'echo look with their modernized flapper dresses, bobbed hair or fedoras.
The "gangsta" look is very Art d'Echo!
