Started at a party in early June 06 by a guy named Arthur, The act of playing with someones hair and or caressing them while the victim is drunk and does not understand nor feel what is going on and often ignores the (Arthur) because of total drunkness.Victim usually does not care and is not attracted to the person yet the (Arthur) is extremely good looking.Done to the oppostie sex.
