When called, that person gets the first hit of the pot. Usually followed by everyone else saying B's, then lot's of fighting as to who said it first. The person who provided the pot always gets A's on the first bowl, but after that it is fair game to be called. A's is first, B's second, C's is third and so on. Who ever is last is nicknamed the "shithead" for being so stupid and not calling a letter.
