What is Ascara?

A term of excitement signifying the coolness of a proper or improper noun, primarily used by Christian missionaries from the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, primarily influenced by the San Fernando Valley cultural dialect, originating in circa 1985. The first recorded use was interestingly enough, in Bangalore, India of November 2004. Not to be confused with "mascara".
