A combination of the words asshole and admin ; an admin who is an asshole.

Originated in the game of iSketch, where assmins dominate and abuse their power to ban users for no good reason. Assmins can be found moderating many online games and forums.

May also be used as a general insult to one who posesses assmin qualities, such as rudeness and arrogance.

The assmin banned me from isketch (again) for saying 'hi';

come on {name withheld}, don't be such an assmin.
