What is Astonian?

An Astonian is a Welsh creature that is rumoured to live around south Wales. It is not known if they exist or not but at least one has being said to be spotted by local people.
Ancient proverb says they move from place to place in green objects that resemble Mini's. This method of transport is new to them and they are having trouble using it.
Person 1- did you that Astonian, he span like crazy?
