What is åström?

To be loud and obnoxious/offensive due to prolonged mental illness/exposure to controlled substances.
Very similar to Tourettes Syndrom but without the retained bladder control. Periodical drooling has been observed in some cases.

- He's probably got bit by the Åström bug.
- That would explain why he's groping the lady next to him.
