A made up word, often used by chemistry teachers when you annoy them! meaning to zap someone in to basically nothingness!
Teacher: Shut up and continue with your work!!
Pupil: (turns around and chats to friend) erm yer, so
Teachers: I'm going to atomise you in a mintute!
