What is Atrelegis?

An inverted penis. A penis so small it has obtained negative mass. Scientifically impossible, but claims of Atrelegis sightings have been heard. Sadly there is no proof, as it is not visible to the naked eye, and is as elusive as a tiny little sasquatch.
I can't tell by looking, but i bet Biggo has an Atrelegis.
