What is Attack The Rear?

A line used in the play Oliver Twist during the song 'pick a pocket'. quote: "the coast is clear, attack the rear!" Originally it meant stealing someone's wallet from their pant pocket. Now the term is used to define the urge to anal rape someone, and git busy with their bootay.
