What is Aunt Carol?

Similar to an "Uncle Ted", except an "Aunt Carol" usually has nothing to do, so she calls up people and gets in 5 hour long phone conversations with them.
Husband: "Honey I'm home!... Jesus, are you still on the phone?!"
Wife: "Yes I've been on since 8AM! She is such an Aunt Carol!"
