Derived from the phrase "Uncle Tom" an Aunt Sarah is a woman who is a traitor to her own gender. The term originates from the actions of 2008 vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin who started an initiative to force rape victims to pay for their own rape kits, wants to repeal the right to choose, and appoints government officials in Alaska who still believe it is their right to rape their wives.
