What is Auschwitz Abs?

A particular set of circumstances in which one has a deficient amount of body fat causing them to look like a Nazi concentration camp tenant. Due to the persons skinniness the general public is mislead to believe the individual has worked hard to gain a six pack of abs, a symbol of strength, fertility, and youth in todays culture, when in reality they are just some weak ass twig.
"Eric is drunk again, how long do you think we have till he sheds his shirt and starts flexing his Auschwitz abs?"
