What is Auschwitz Abs?

A particular set of circumstances in which one has a deficient amount of body fat causing them to look like a Nazi concentration camp tenant. Due to the persons skinniness the general public is mislead to believe the individual has worked hard to gain a six pack of abs, a symbol of strength, fertility, and youth in todays culture, when in reality they are just some weak ass twig.
