A person who strongly dislikes, or has an aversion to, Australians while not having similar feelings for: Australia, New Zealand or New Zealanders.

"Australia sure is a beautiful country, it's a shame its full of Australians. Now the Kiwi's, on the other hand, are delightful people. If that makes me an austraganist, so be it"
