A condition in which a person who is textingbecomes unaware of the world around them.

People suffering from this condition are autextic.

In local news an autextic teen was half eaten by rats while having an argument with his girlfriend.

Autextism has been the cause of three disabiltating injuries and four deaths so far this month.
