A person who acts extremely autistic but tries to talk like they know everything in the world even though they are absolutely wrong. They also lack people skills. When said person speaks it is commonly full of stutters and pauses.

Paris Hilton is such an autisticate. Every time she speaks she is obviously wrong but tries to convince you it's true. She also has shit people skills.
