What is Autospy?

An "autospy" is a way of convicting a random person of murder when the "victim" has actually not been murdered and has committed suicide.
Jimmibobbo yanked off his own scrotum and bled to death in an attempt to end his own life and was successful, then an "autospy" took place and a random tourist has since been charged for Jimmibobbo's murder.
