AVC is the Antelope Valley Conservancy, a land trust that preserves natural habitats, watershed resources, trails, and lands that offer scenic beauty and community character. Sponsor of annual Endangered Species Day Conference (hosted first ES Day event in the nation, in 2006), Leona Valley Bicycle Ride, Earth Day Cleanup, and research projects like Antelope-Fremont Watershed Assessment and Plan (AFWAP) project.
