A massive wedgie in which the underware are filled with syrup, eggs, chocolate, honey, dirt, leaves, butter, or anything else that can cause discomfort in the butt crack. Massive Sticky Discomfort.
Often, if left untreated or uncleaned, the cheeks have to be surgicaly seperated.
