What is Awkward Toes?

The movement one makes when they are nervous, impatient, or in an awkward situation. The movement involves the person rocking on their feet (up onto there toes and back) usually with there hands held behind their back.
Joe- So I was talking to some people at the party and all of the sudden the group just stopped talking.
Billy- Awkward silence aye?
Joe- You bet. I instantly got awkward toes
Hannah had awkward toes while she was waiting for a '+' or a '-' sign to appear on the test.
