An immense amount of awkwardness; equivalent to perhaps sleeping with someone and then killing their parents, having to meet with them over coffee for a lab report the next day; or your wife and your mistress meeting and getting to be good friends, and wanting to have a threesome with you, neither knowing the history of the other with you.
