What is Awrate?
1.
The ultimate dismissive colloquialism. Can be used in conjunction with "g-g-g-gary preece!" to emphasise the severity.
"That bloke over there is giving you the eye!"
"
Awrate mate, of course he is!"
2.
Something or someone that is not cool is awrate. It defines something or someone that is embarrassing. It can also be used on it's own as a reply when someone says something stupid.
George W. Bush is well awrate.
Yer awraaaaaate!
3.
Alternate pronouciation of all right, typically used when you get access to something really good.
"Awrate! Now we can go clubbing on thursday nights as well"
