-To change the code in a game without proper thought as to it's impact and scope, also often also a rushed last minute change without proper beta testing
the way i hear it went down is the last half dozen changes in that change log thingy were done in the last 48 hours or so before the game went live and thus we didn't get a chance to test it out....
i think we were just plain and simply 'Azooled'...
