It's when you see a girl that's beyond ugly. You look at her and cring. A fat guy becomes a sit for sore eyes. You try to describe her to a friend but ugly just won't due. She is just butt fuckin ugly!
I'd rather pour bleach in my eyes than stare at her. Two bags would not be enough. She B fuggly in a way you would have to see to believe! Better yet just take my word.
Or your walking down the street passing girls with a friend. As they pass you say either a 1 through 10, but sometimes 1 isn't low enough. So you say b fuggly and its just understood!
