What is Ba Humbug?

A word that first started in the famous novel by Charles Dickens entitled, "A Christmas Carol." Usually used to describe disappointment or grumpy person.
Priscilla: "Do you want to come with me to a concert."
Vanessa: "No. I have alreay been to that concert."
Priscilla: "Ba humbug."
