What is Babble-bubble?

An imaginary region most often detected by passive observer(s) where someone is talking loudly and/or unreservedly, usually, but not exclusively, on a cell phone, and has no regard for anyone in the immediate vicinity who is subject to their aural intrusion.

Damn, listen to that chick yammering on her cell phone at the table in the corner. Why doesn't she get a clue and step out of her babble-bubble. I can't even hear myself think.
