What is Babystomper?

Same meaning as that of
but with two exeptions:
1) a babystomper can not refer to the sound of the stomp directed at the small child (this would be a babystomp).
2) babystomper generally revers to babies that are no more than 18 months old.
"My stephmother is the designated babystomper in our household"
