What is Backpack Lint?

Back pack lint is where bit of pieces of paper, cardboard, and useless school items reside at the bottom of your back pack. Usually really annoying to pick out, but really curious on how all this lint got there.

Guy: Dude, I found my glove!

Guy 2: Shit dude, it's got backpack lint all over it.
