What is Back-to-back?

When you are in the cross fires of militant factions who are all shooting at you and your partner, and will probably suicide bomb the shit out of you if they get close enough. So then you're like "Back-to-Back!!!" and you and your partner are back-to-back against each other shooting the shit out of them with machine guns.
(scenario: their are about 10 radical militant motherfuckers running at you strapped with explosives from all angles, and you are surrounded)
You: "Holy Shit! We're fucked!"
Your Partner: "We only have one choice."
You look at your partner, and then say " BACK-TO-BACK!!!"
(Guns firing... you kill them)
