What is Bag Juice?

The indeterminate liquid, whether from drinks discarded in the the trash or from decomposition of other materials, found in the bottom of a trash bag, esp. one located in a public place.
Joachim carefully lifted the trash bag out of the garbage can, but there was a hole in the bottom of the bag and some bag juice leaked out on the floor.
