1-When one is traveling on a tour bus and expirences the need to deficate, they must line the inside of the toilet with a plastic as to not disrupt the unevolved plummbing system that exists on a tour bus.
2-When your water gets turned off and you have to line the toilet with a plastic bag. Then you dispose of them via some alternate process other htan flushing.
