What is Bahuvian Luck?

Any situation in which apparently random factorss combine to form a situation which seems to have been designed for irony.
If a man wins $10 million in a slot machine, it's luck.
If a man loses everything, then wins $10 million with his last quarter, it's a miracle.
If a man loses everything, is pulled kicking and screaming away from the machine, only to watch someone come up to the same machine and win $10 million on his first quarter, that second man has exhibited Bahuvian Luck.
