Lacking to show up even when they INSIST they will. One that has earned the right to be called "BAILKING!" by his friends based on the fact that he doesn't show up ever. Might have a very long streak going that his friends have been keeping a tally on.
Goran: where is andy?? he's 40 minutes late!
Matt: Andy might be the "late-king" but at least he shows up eventually, unlike that douche Garrett who is a BAILKING!!
