A device that fastens around the scrotum above the testicles that cannot be removed by the wearer because the testicles cannot fit through. A common $3 padlock from the local hardware store is 100% effective for this purpose. In combination with a bikelock cord looped through some immovable object, this becomes a restraint that no man could ever escape from, even if his life depended on it.
