Ballage (pernounced BALL-IJ) is the same as cleavage but of a mans testes. Usually pertaining to a man with tight clothing so the form of the testes are visible or when the "balls" are shown.
"I saw this hot guy on tv the other day with major ballage." or:
"I think the new fashion trend should be for guys to have holes in their pants to show off their ballage."
