What is Balloufest?

(N.)- 1) A social gathering marked by 15-20 people crammed in an uncomfortable room drinking MGD and smoking cigarettes.
2) A place where one can relax, play beruit, sleep on a cold floor with ferrets molesting you through the night, and partake in the inevitable awkward situations that trace back to disagreements originating in high-school.
3) What many look forward to in coming home to
