What is Ballscratch?

A way of gently scratching a sensitive area, like the ballsack. This is done by placing open hand, palm down, just above itchy area, then bending and extending fingers repeatedly, causing nails to softly scratch area in a downward motion, without hurting the testicles.
A) "My nuts are sore from banging all night, and itchy 'cause I got crabs."
B) "Do the ballscratch."
