A pair of testicles dipped into wax which acts as an added bonus after trimming and grooming before sex. This is used to make the balls more appealing to the opposite sex as described by comedian Dane Cook. The significant other can treat it as if it were candy, like a Tootsiepop, and see how many licks it takes to get the center.
