2. A person with a whiny accent that sounds like what Roseanne Barr would sound like if she was from New York.
3. A whiny African American female named Raven who whines about how stupid the word "Tampanian" is, when really she's just jealous because she isn't one. If anything, she's a "LandOLakesian" and she's just mad because they're all hicks with no teeth that sit on the front porch all day shooting squirrels with a shotgun and saying out loud "Did you see that one Jim Bob? That one was a purty roadkill. Go pick it up and we'll make some roadkill stew. with some Land O Lakes butter!"
My friend Raven is from Baltimore so she's a Baltimorean but that still ain't no permit- that's a Florida ID!
