When a man holds a fart in for such an extended amount of time that the gas is actually expulsed from one's dick, often causing a quick and painful death.
Guy 1: "Dude, where's Guy 2?"
Guy 3: "I think he went to that chick's house"
Guy 4: "DUDE! Didn't you hear?? He held it in too long and had a severe baludinaut. He's hella dead"
