What is Banana Icecream?

A phrase used when something is incredibly awkward, but saying awkward may make the conversation even more awkward. Hence Banana Icecream (because that is an awkward icecream flavor, and concept) is said-- in hopes that not everyone knows what it means.
"I was just getting to know that guy over there, then he grabbed my boob!"
