What is Bananastab?

The reaction to an event or statement so absurd, so mind-numbingly stupid, so reminiscent of every single thing one hates about humanity, that one's only wish is to stab herself with the nearest object. Bananas are highly recommended, but other objects may be used. One rule, though. No knives or anything that could actually be used as a stabbing instrument. Have fun. (Note: Don't actually stab yourself, please)
Person One: Oh. My. God. Did you just see the Miss Teen USA pageant?
Person Two: Yeah. It was terrifying. That girl, you know, the one who kept saying "such as," and referencing "U.S. Americans?"
Person One: *picks up banana from fruit bowl and thrusts it into her chest above her heart* BANANASTAB.
