Person who fishes from the bank who has no means of ever fishing from a floating craft. They usually congregate daily in big droves where access is closest to public roads,fish hatcheries,weirs,or deadlines.Most fish caught are snagged.Found on rivers like S.Santiam.Lewis.Three Rivers ect.
(While rowing down the river) Dude, look at all them bank maggots! lets just pass this spot up, poor bastards will be standing there all day beatin' that shit to a froth.
