What is Bank's Head?

A native of Fairbanks Alaska who considers themself highly intellectual or all knowing. Bank's heads will often attempt once (usually around the time after high school graduation- provided they graduated) to leave Fairbanks, but will ultimately return to a life long sentence for being such dumb fucks.
They tend to share STD's, babies, and are ambiguously promiscuous individuals. The status quo.
