What is Bantock?

1. Someone and/or something that has no hand-eye co-ordination, and cannot walk/run properly without looking like a spaz.
2. Someone who regularly catches the common cold and may die as a result, "Runny-Nose."
3. Someone who can dish it out. But cannot take it.
