The term usually describing a female between the ages of 16-20 who has a thirst for cheap rum, but doesn't know when to stop drinking it. These females are usually spotted holding a half gallon of rum, and uncontrollably running around a fire, crashing thier car into trees, or stumbling into people and falling on thier asses. Commonly used in Columbia County, OR
