What is Barfkus?

A dingus who has been placed in a managerial position. He is a self serving individual that exhibits narcissistic behaviors. He covers his lack of job knowledge and follow through by blame shifting to subordinates.
He retains his alpha dog status by discrediting the work of other managers he feels threatened by.
