What is Bashbaiter?

Someone who submits quotes to bash that never actually took place. These logs usually contain the bashbaiter's name as the author. Some popular topics for bashbaiting are quotes from comedians that have been turned into typical IRC sentences, funny scenarios the author invented, and modified conversations to be much funnier.

They do this to get their name out as a funny person and to get the most votes.
