A fisherman or fisherwoman (rare elusive breed, often seen with tatoos above their ass crack and wearing Harley Davidson t-shirts) who is truly proficient in the art of catching the fish species known as Bass that is common to North America.
"Yeah, Jimmy caught over 5 Small Mouth Bass in just an hour. I haven't caught that many fish in months. He is one hell of a Bassturbaitor, wouldn't you say!"
