What is Bastard Cannon?

In an online multiplayer video game when someone uses a rocket launcher or rifle mounted grenade launcher. Generally any weapon with a large kill radius and a low required skill. Fired at random.
Similar to a "noob-tube" but fired at random areas in the hope of easy kills rather than at players.
Argh, I ran out and got killed by the bastard cannon!
